of the countries, whose citizens have the right to receive entry and exit visas of the Kyrgyz Republic in the country’s foreign embassies and domestic consular services, basing on their personal applications, valid for up to one month, and relieved from the obligation to register at the Interior Ministry’s agencies, taking into account the interests of the national security, economic development, the international political situation and other factors.
