ATTENTION!

Dear ladies and gentlemen!

To register a business trip abroad, a sending organization should submit the following documents to the Plenipotentiary Representation of the MFA in the south of Kyrgyzstan:

1. An application form of a sending organization, signed by its head and sealed, reading the name and the post of a person going on a business trip, place of visit, duration and purpose of the trip, source of financing and the date of exiting the country.
To register documents for a large group of people (over 10 people), instead of names of the people in the application form should be written: Уaccording to the attached listФ, and a list of people, indicating their number, sealed and signed by the head of the organization, should be attached.

2. Invitation letter, which can be in the form of an officially written letter on the blank of the organization, fax, telex or any other form, allowed by foreign embassies and consulates, situated in Kyrgyzstan or working in our countryТs consular area (for registering a single trip).

3. A contract, an agreement, registration certificate of a joint company, a firm and their charters, other documents, regulating their activities in the south of Kyrgyzstan. Copies of the documents should be attached to the application forms of the sending organizations.

4. Application form for business trips abroad, sealed with the stamp of the sending organization and signed by its head.

5. Two black-and-white photos 4x5cm large.

6. Passport of a citizen, designed in 2004 (a blue one).

7. Besides, before applying documents to the Plenipotentiary Representation of the MFA in the south of Kyrgyzstan, certificates from the Osh Regional Interior MinistryТs Directorate and the National Security CommitteeТs directorate, saying that they do not have any materials, which can be an obstacle for the applying people to go abroad.
