INSTRUCTION
LETTER
for the people going abroad
1. Kyrgyz citizens, permanently living abroad, after
arriving to the country of residence should apply for a consular register,
and citizens coming for a short-time visit abroad (business trip, private
businesses), should register.
2. Consullar departments of diplomatic embassies and Consulates of the
Kyrgyz Republic abroad register of Kyrgyz citizens permanently living
abroad or coming for a short-time visit.
REGISTRATION
1. Citizens permanently living abroad should pay consular
fees in like with the tariff of consular fees. Kyrgyz citizens register
at a consular office, whose consular area they live in.
2. The following documents should be applied for registration:
- Application form on consular registration addressed to the head of
the consular office;
- Passport of the Kyrgyz Republic with a permitting note of the passport
office of the Interior Ministry and a note of the Foreign Ministry,
which allows leaving for a permanent residency in a foreign country,
sealed with a stamp and a signature of an official.
3. Children under 16-years-old should be written into the registration
card of one of their parents. After reaching the age of 16, they should
have a separate registration card be filled.
4. Separate registration card should be filled for citizens of the Kyrgyz
Republic living abroad without their parents.
5. During the registration procedures, a stamp reading “Registered for
permanent residency at (name and place of a consular office)” with a
date, signature of an official and a seal, should be put in the passport.
DEREGISTRATION
1. During the deregistration procedure, a corresponding
note is made in the registration card of a person permanently living
abroad. A stamp reading: “Deregistered for permanent residency at (name
and place of a consular office)” with a date, signature of an official
and a seal, should be put in the passport.
Registration of Kyrgyz citizens going abroad for a business trip or
with private businesses.
1. Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, going abroad for a business trip
or with private businesses should register at a consular office, in
whose consular area the inviting organization is situated.
2. No registration notes should be put in the passports of the people
going on a business trip.
3. Tourists and citizens going on a business trip, if they transit a
country, need not be registered.
ATTENTION
Consular offices
do not provide services for the citizens, going abroad and permanently
living in a foreign country without registration will not be for consular
and other matters.
